Description of trip

A complete itinerary through the Imperial Cities of Morocco, among Moorish architectures, scented mediums of spices, ancient kasbahs and landscapes of the Atlas.

From Casablanca to Rabat, passing through Meknes, the Roman site of Volubilis and the labyrinth Fez, to the vivacity of Marrakech. The trip is accompanied by Italy, with local guide in Italian, 5 star hotel and full board. The night of San Silvestro is celebrated in Marrakech with the dinner included.

The journey day by day

Day 1 · 28 December

Bologna – Casablanca

Departure from Bologna with direct flight Royal Air Morocco. Arrival in Casablanca, assistance, transfer to hotel, accommodation and dinner.

Day 2 · 29 December

Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fez

Visit of Rabat with the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Oudaya. Continue to Meknes, with the medina, Bab Mansour and the Mausileum of Moulay Ismail. Stop at the Roman archaeological site of Volubilis and arrive at Fez.

Day 3 · 30 December

Did

All day dedicated to the oldest Imperial City: the UNESCO Heritage Medina, the madrases, the Nejjarine Fountain, the area of the Al-Qarawiyyin University and the souks. Lunch in the Medina.

Day 4 · 31 December

Fez – Ifrane – Beni Mellal – Marrakech

Crossing the Middle Atlantean with stops at Immmouzer el Kandar and Ifrane. Lunch at Beni Mellal and continuation for Marrakech. In New Year's Eve dinner included, drinks excluded.

Day 5 · 1 January

Marrakech

Visit the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia area, the famous Jemaa el-Fna square and the medina souks. Typical Moroccan lunch and dinner.

Day 6 · 2 January

Marrakech

Free day to live Marrakech at your own pace. Possibility of optional excursion in the Valley of Ourika. Lunch at the restaurant and dinner.

Day 7 · 3 January

Marrakech – Casablanca

Return to Casablanca and visit the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Anfa district and the outside of the great Hassan II Mosque. Accommodation in hotel and dinner.

Day 8 · 4 January

Casablanca – Bologna

Transfer to the airport and departure by direct flight Royal Air Morocco to Bologna. Arrival and end of the trip.
